“If you’re running a software company, especially selling both directly and through channel partners, Dreamhub would be my first recommendation.”

About XRAI
XRAI is the CEO Intelligence Platform. It connects fragmented business signals from across a company, reveals what needs executive attention, and recommends what to do next, so CEOs see what is stuck and what is at risk before problems become crises. Founded in 2025, XRAI sells to companies directly and through channel partners.
The challenge
XRAI’s revenue motion has more moving parts than a simple direct pipeline. Distributors, channel partners, clients, prospects and leads all need tracking, and a conversation with any of them can create work for someone else on the team.
Aviad knew what that looks like on a conventional CRM. Having run sales on Salesforce, HubSpot and other platforms, he had seen what manual upkeep costs a team. Reps have to remember to enter information, and as they get busy the detail drops. The CRM is only as good as the discipline behind it.
What he wanted was simple to state: information easy to access, and follow-ups easy to track. Getting there without building and babysitting the system was the harder part.
“Manual updates take discipline, and the detail can drop as people get busy.”

Why Dreamhub
Aviad was already researching CRM options when a call from Dreamhub’s sales team introduced him to the product. He evaluated it against the platforms he knew, and the difference was in what came built in.
XRAI sells both directly and through channel partners, and Dreamhub handled that model out of the box. The pieces he cared about most, a meeting notetaker, automatic reminders and suggested follow-up emails, worked together inside the system rather than as separate tools wired together. “With other options, I’d expect to customize more and connect additional tools to get the workflow we wanted,” he says. “With Dreamhub, it was already there.”
Getting live
The Dreamhub team brought XRAI’s existing records, including distributors, channel partners, clients, prospects and leads, into the system quickly and made sure it matched how XRAI was set up.
XRAI also connected its other software to Dreamhub through the API. The documentation covered what the team needed, and the connections were straightforward to get working. In Aviad’s words, the transition was smooth and the implementation experience excellent.
How XRAI uses Dreamhub
Most of the value shows up right after a meeting. With Dreamhub’s notetaker on the call, the conversation is captured into the deal record, reminders are set for what needs to happen next, and a suggested follow-up email is waiting. Nobody types that in afterward.
The result is a record of what was actually discussed, not what someone remembered to log later. Information is easier to find across accounts and partners, and follow-ups are easier to track. Those are the two things Aviad set out to fix.
For a company whose own product exists so CEOs stop finding things out too late, a CRM that keeps itself current fits naturally into how the team works.
Results
The biggest change at XRAI is that keeping the CRM updated depends far less on people remembering to do it. Meeting details arrive automatically, so the record stays consistent even when the team is busy. That is the exact failure mode Aviad had watched play out on other platforms.
XRAI has not had to add tools around the CRM to get the workflow it wanted, and connecting the software it already uses took the standard API documentation and not much else. The automation that struck Aviad as remarkable at first is now simply how he works.
“At first, the automation amazed me. Now it’s simply part of how I work, and I’d find it hard to go back to a system without it. Plus, you can tell it is built for software companies.”
